All brands, product, service, and process names appearing on www.littlemugshots.com are trademarks of their respective holders. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of Little Mugshots or any third party, except as expressly granted herein.

This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Little Mugshots may reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders in its discretion, including without limitation if Little Mugshots believes that customer violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Little Mugshots. Any photographs received by Little Mugshots in respect to commissioned portraits are permanently deleted on the last day of the month in which they are received. Any and all portraits are considered property of the artist, © Little Mugshots, and may or not be retained digitally and used for marketing purposes.

ARTISTIC INTEGRITY / COPYRIGHT

Any and all portraits are considered property of the artist, © Little Mugshots. Little Mugshots silhouettes may not be reproduced, re-used, or altered in any way. Silhouettes not created by Little Mugshots (i.e. from another silhouette artist) may not be submitted as source for any Little Mugshots products. Vintage silhouettes (more than 20 years old, unable to be reproduced by original artist) may be submitted for vintage reproductions.

SHIPPING

Little Mugshots ships to the United States and APO addresses, as well as internationally. Orders are shipped via USPS. Little Mugshots is not responsible in any way for typographical errors that are the fault of customer, and any additional shipping costs in such case are the customer’s responsibility. Any order marked as delivered cannot be refunded. Shipments that have not been marked delivered by the USPS and have not arrived within 30 business days of date of shipment will be re-created and re-sent by Little Mugshots. If shipment arrives damaged, Little Mugshots must be notified within 7 days of receiving a damaged shipment. To receive a replacement order for damaged shipments, notification must be made to Little Mugshots within 7 days of receiving said shipment, and a photo of damage must provided. There are no refunds on lost or damaged shipments, or missing shipments that are marked as delivered. Little Mugshots + Rooted Leather orders subject to additional shipping and require additional production time of approximately three weeks. Shipping and turnaround times are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the varying costs of international shipping, if the INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING MINIMUM applied to your cart does not adequately cover shipping costs, an additional invoice to cover excess shipping expenses may be sent to the email address given at checkout. All orders are shipped USPS, uninsured, and any customs, import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery. For more information please contact your local customs agency. Delivery times may vary significantly.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged based on the applicable state sales tax rate and location to which the order is being shipped.

WARRANTIES

By using this site you assume the risk that the content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or may not meet your needs and requirements. Little Mugshots disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement with respect to content. Little Mugshots will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages even in the event of advisement of the possibility of such damages. The descriptions of products and services is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Little Mugshots is not liable for any damages, including consequential damages of any kind that may result to the user from the use of materials, products, or services described hereon.

PAYMENT

Little Mugshots accepts payment via Shopify. Little Mugshots reserves the right to change payment procedures at any time without prior notice. By making a payment via Shopify, customer agrees to both Shopify and Little Mugshots’ terms and conditions.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of Little Mugshots, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

Not all products or services described are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Little Mugshots reserves the right to limit the provision of products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction so desired and to limit the quantity of products or services provided.

GOVERNING LAW

In the event of litigation, both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Little Mugshots shall apply and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Little Mugshots in respect to this Web site. Terms and Conditions supersede all prior communications, written or verbal, with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless authorized by Little Mugshots. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect the intentions of the parties, with the other provision(s) remaining in full force and effect.
