HOW DO I ORDER A SILHOUETTE?
Visit Little Mugshots' shop page to see all available silhouette options. Once you've chosen what type of silhouette you'd like, select the portrait details from the drop down menus, upload your source photo, and add to cart. After you've completed checking out, I take care of the rest!

Each and every Little Mugshots silhouette is archived for your future use. Re-Order From the Archives is for customers with silhouettes on file, and new customers ordering duplicates or additional items using the same artwork.

Simply put, you only pay full price for each Little Mugshots ONCE, then you are eligible to shop from the discounted prices for any other items using your archived artwork, even if your first full price item is currently in your cart.

HOW DO I TAKE A PHOTO FOR A SILHOUETTE ORDER?
In front of a simple background, like a plain wall or door, hold your camera at ear level of the person you are photographing. Be sure hair is pulled away from face and neck, and a relaxed facial expression works best.

DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY PHOTOS TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. Having your photos ready when you place your order ensures that I can begin creating your silhouette as soon as possible and have your custom work to you within a reasonable timeframe.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SILHOUETTES?

Please plan for 2-4 weeks to receive your order. At this time, there are no guarantees on turnaround or shipping time, but I strive to complete your artwork as quickly as possible. Silhouette Lined Leather Bags, and the Custom Silhouette Embroidered Hoops may take an additional four weeks. If you have any questions, please CONTACT me before placing your order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT NEXT?
Due to the custom nature of Little Mugshots, returns and cancellations are not accepted. If you have any problems with your order I am happy to help find a resolution. Please contact me if you have any issues.
